The mysterious collusion will join Modi’s gathering

The Gupkar Alliance, a seven-party union in Jammu and Kashmir, will go to a gathering assembled by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Gupkar coalition administrator Farooq Abdullah said this after a gathering in Srinagar on Tuesday.
